For Students
Sharing personal contact information anywhere on the platform (messages, requests, profiles) is strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate account ban.
If you choose to exchange contact details with a tutor after classes begin, you are fully responsible for verifying their identity, credentials, and reliability.
TeacherLink is not responsible for any external monetary transactions, refunds, or disputes that occur outside the platform.
TeacherLink may contact you on the phone number provided only for verification or clarification. You will not receive promotional messages on this number.
For Tutors
TeacherLink does not verify students’ financial history or payment reliability. Tutors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of student information and for managing their own payments and refunds.
Tutors must not share personal contact information on the platform unless explicitly permitted. Violating this rule may lead to permanent account suspension.
TeacherLink may contact the phone number you provide strictly for account verification or important updates. You will never receive promotional calls.
