Terms and Conditions

General

• Each user is allowed only one account on TeacherLink. Creating multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban of all related accounts.
• You are solely responsible for your safety and the security of your information when interacting with others on the platform.
• TeacherLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice. This may include forfeiting any remaining Points balance.
• TeacherLink reserves the right to add users to a fraud or misconduct list if suspicious or harmful behavior is detected.

For Students

• Sharing personal contact information anywhere on the platform (messages, requests, profiles) is strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate account ban.
• If you choose to exchange contact details with a tutor after classes begin, you are fully responsible for verifying their identity, credentials, and reliability.
• TeacherLink is not responsible for any external monetary transactions, refunds, or disputes that occur outside the platform.
• TeacherLink may contact you on the phone number provided only for verification or clarification. You will not receive promotional messages on this number.

For Tutors

• TeacherLink does not verify students’ financial history or payment reliability. Tutors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of student information and for managing their own payments and refunds.
• Tutors must not share personal contact information on the platform unless explicitly permitted. Violating this rule may lead to permanent account suspension.
• TeacherLink may contact the phone number you provide strictly for account verification or important updates. You will never receive promotional calls.
